You may return merchandise purchased online for reasons within 10 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, unwrapped, or used. Please be advised that we are not responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Shipping Damage: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery at +(65)6462-4988. Please have your order number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item or credit your purchase.
Return Exceptions: Gift cards, online gift certificates and Final Clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Our parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days via Singpost Registered Mail with a tracking number. If you are not around when the parcel is delivered, Singpost will leave a collection slip for retrieval at your nearest post office. The parcel will be your responsibility after it leaves our warehouse and we will not be responsible for any parcels held at Singpost.
